Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling & Cancellation Cancellations and rescheduling are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. For cancellations made later or in case of no-show, the full price of the booked appointment will be charged. By booking, you confirm that you have read my Terms and Conditions, the cancellation policy, and the cancellation policy (right of withdrawal) and that the appointment is binding. Right of Withdrawal For digital services such as this consultation, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. However, since the consultation can take place within the 14-day period, you will be explicitly asked to agree during the booking process that the service begins before the withdrawal period expires. 👉 With this agreement, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the consultation has been fully completed. (German Civil Code §356 para. 4) Cancellation before the appointment is still possible.
