Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement (e.g. by email) must be sent to:

You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, I will reimburse you for all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which I received your cancellation notice.
For the refund, I will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal for services
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

• the service was fully provided, and

• You have expressly agreed before the start of the service that the service will be provided before the end of the withdrawal period, and

• You have confirmed that you are aware that the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the contract.

This consent is given via the booking system during online booking.
